Almost any land development activity in New
Hampshire requires a permit from the Town and/or
State, and sometimes even the Federal Government.
We can help streamline the design and permitting
process, allowing you to move forward with your

specific project. If you or one of your consultants
(site contractor, landscape company, architect,
engineer, etc) know exactly what you want and how

Depending upon the size and scope of your project, you may need to obtain permits from several different regulatory agencies. In most cases we are able to put together a conceptual plan and sit down with a representative from each agency. This gives the various agencies an opportunity to voice any concerns they may have about the project, offer recommendations on design & permitting, comment on the feasibility of obtaining a permit, and determine how the agencies can work together. We have found this simple step can significantly reduce the cost of designing your project and the amount of time it takes to receive a permit.
